Windows 10: Installed in 400 Million devices

It is a major achievement for the OS of Microsoft, if you think that the pace of adoption in mobile is not the best.

As active devices counted those that were active within the last 28 days. The number increased from May when it announced that the Microsoft Windows 10 are in 300 million devices. Note that the number refers to all platforms, computers, tablets, smartphones, Surface Hubs, Xbox One and HoloLens.

The primary goal of Microsoft was to reach 1 billion devices by 2018, but seems to be unrealistic and backs out. It aims again to reach the Windows 10 in 1 billion devices but without a specific timeframe.
